Their system is not using Java, not like others that using Java that needs to wait about 5 seconds to load the page to key in buy and sell order, some even has flash player that needs more time to load.
HLE -> Key in online -> Dealer submit to Bursa in less than 1 second -> Queue buy/sell in 1 second or direct buy/sell in 1 second time. Pros: System automatic reject short selling, Cons: your queue order is not always the earliest in the morning 8.30am or 2pm..even if you put your queue at 7am, your queue may only up at 8.37am or 8.35am, and also T4 force sell time is before 12.15pm + T4 force sell interest charges.
OSK -> Key in online -> Dealer proceed (depends on where your dealer is, if he is not on his desk, your order can't be proceed) -> Queue buy/sell time depends on your dealer, sometimes may b fast, sometimes may be slow. Cons: Their system won't reject short selling, if you accidentally click Sell instead of buy without having the stock in hand, then you will be in trouble.
Others (if you request to direct link to bursa) -> Key in online -> Direct to bursa -> Queue buy/sell in less than 1 second..this one is as fast as HLE, and one thing good is, you can queue very early. That means if you queue before 8.30am, your order will automatically get queue at 8.30am sharp.
Others (If you never request to direct link to bursa) -> Key in Online -> Go through your dealer first (If he is sleeping you can be slow) -> your dealer verify your order -> submit to bursa

Just to ask, can we use HLe Broking to key in shares to buy/sell after trading hours? Does it have this features?
