it says login, click onto pay and save account, but all i see is my balance, no apply button for the broking account

I didn't see it either for my account when I click on my Pay&Save account. Where exactly is the link? My Pay&Save Account was opened many years back. I only see HLeBroking link at the top menu which basically just redirect to HLeBroking website.

I contacted customer service through chat. The line kept disconnecting and reconnecting. Finally, the customer service asked me to contact HLeBroking team saying they only handle retail deposit enquiries. But the problem I am having is with Hong Leong Connect. Ask me to contact HLeBroking for what?

Yeah, I agree with you that contacting HL e-Broking would result in them creating an account that is not linked to my Pay&Save account. I contacted HLB Connect customer service again a few times after that. Another agent told me to contact HL e-Broking again. I was told that I need to get HLIB's approval first before I can see the option in my Pay&Save account which does not make sense at all. I asked why others can see it and was told they have no idea why. They said the correct way is to get approval from HLIB first according to the T&Cs. Nothing in the T&Cs mention anything about that. I think the customer service has no idea what they are talking about.

Hi. Applied on Jun 2nd, finally approved on Jun 26th! Damn slow!

And now I see from the email notification it's a Nominee Trading Account!!

Call HLebroking they said it's a Direct CDS + Nominee TA!

Anyone know any difference the above combination vs Direct CDS + Direct TA??

The staff kept saying same, but after kept asking her she said DTA can trade right away when the limit available, while NTA need to wait 2 days when fund available in the account.

Other than this? Any hidden charges/fees for NTA?

Or was it wrong application for me?
I clearly ticked Direct CDS ac when applied.... I thought TA has only one type?

She said applied thru P&S, the T&C already stated it's NTA!

If I want DTA, I have to re-apply and submit hardcopy documents & forms again, and say will take 1-2 months?!!

actually i also no idea where to find but in social media many ppl summarize it already and they also said no soft copy one, they scan and publish..
However summry is 90% of the IPO money used to cover their debt...

Ever since the new app launched the whole system is a disaster. Thanks to HLE stupid app i missed 2 day trade at glove golden hour.

Here's the story:

Normally when you place an order and if the price not meeting the target you would cancel and replace with new order, the trading limit will recover and allow you to trade again.

So as the reduce order function, supposedly the reduced order amount should recover into yoir trading limit and allow you to trade again. BUT NO, not only the amount is not recovered, the system deduct the tading limit again with your new balance order!

Eventually u will run out of limit to trade! Dunno which genius who develope this system.
When i call my reminser, i was told that this is common issue with Pay and Save account and even they complained to IT dept it wont get solved.

Eventually the remiser reckon customer to open ordinary account.
