Shopping center next door, good or bad for value?, Any examples of current properties?

There are so many shopping centers popping up soon in PJ :- 1) ONE MONT KIARA 2) SOLARIS DUTAMAS 3) TROPICANA CITY - near SS2 4) PARADIGM - near kelana jaya; on LDP 5) ???? - next to Kg Kerinchi / Bandar Utama; Sprint highway Looking at IKANO, 1Utama, Midvalley, KLCC, properties' value should be increasing right? |

Oh ... the one next to Kg Kerinchi / Bandar Utama; Sprint highway is called '10 BOULEVARD'
