My Nokia 1110 can't send sms!, help me what to do

hi,
last 2 days when i was sms-ing, suddenly when i push the send button, it showed MESSAGE SENDING FAILED but after that it shows like the sms is send out but actually it's not. call in or out is OK. no problem with that. and it's not network problem cos i already change the simcard to my other phone and no problem at all. dont know what's happening to my 1110. someone, plz help me out this matter  |

i already tried using both maxis and celcom on the phone and still got the same prob. how to configure msg center number?
