Use this line but it hasn't been updated since Sep 2007

If you want to make your connections faster, either do port forwarding (http://portforward.com) which directs the connection to the port for WoW or use Faster Ping (http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/10599), a program which alters your PC's registry that will make it a tad faster.

For now, this time, worst time to play WoW. Internet connections to the United States are very bad on our end so, keep trying the IPs.

Again, the router has nothing to do with it. It is the IP. Just follow my instruction again.

1) GO TO Start > Control Panel > Network Connection > Local Area Connection > Support tab ---> the number next to the word Default Gateway may look like this: 192.168.2.1 or 192.168.x.x

2) GO TO Internet Explorer (Internet browser of any kind) > Type the default gateway number on address bar > See the router page > Reboot/Restart Router > Wait till it reboots successfully > Check IP

3) If good, go ahead and enjoy World of Warcraft

4) If bad, try again and restart and reboot.


ALTERNATIVE WAY

1) Look at the default gateway

2) Turn off your modem/router and turn it on back after a few seconds.

3) Check IP.

4) If good, go ahead and enjoy World of Warcraft

5) If bad, try again and restart and reboot.
