How To Use?
It's easy! Simply replace 2 meals with F1 shakes and take in one balanced and healthy yummy normal meal will do!
Add 2 spoons of F1 powder (25g) into 250ml cold water and shake well. You will then get a cup of delicious and nutricious F1 replacement meal. If you think mixing it with water is too plain for your taste bud, you can add it into low fat milk (I always shake with milk, yummy!), shake well, and there you go!
