My linksys WRT54G V7 which bought yesterday keep DC on PSN this afternoon, then i have to reset the router to fix it..
I already did all those portforwarding and stuff.
Then i change from channel 11 to channel 6 it seem it work fine now but the connection become slower..

I wonder if i should try the dd-wrt custom firmware..

Try to keep your router off anywhere near a wall.

Changing channel doesn't mean much, your neighbours might also be using channel 6 as well. So try to play around with the channel. Also, try to keep any 802.11b off your router as well. Other than that, theres not much you can do. If you are using streamyx, try to avoid 60.53.xxx.xxx IP add as well. Atleast for me, I found out that if I'm on that IP, my PS3 will DC frequently and even fail to connect in some cases.

I doubt using custom firmware will help though.

Keep changing channel till i got a best one hmm?
Im not using 60. ip too i guess.

Thanks for the advise.

Found that channel 1 gives me higher signal then 6 and 11 which is 90ish and 70-80ish.
