They are very effective, at least on my case.
I complain on other case (Kelantan branch), immediately after 2 hours i launch the online complain, they call me to investigate the problem already.
Complain to them after you report to police.
I guarantee this culprit will be sent into jail very soon...

Go check his ic at jpj website.
He just renew his driving license on 21 Jun 2008, so it's sure that he is still in Malaysia and in KL i think.
Some more still driving.
So why not all his victim gather and pay him a visit?
This type of person must be punished, cheat 1 time still not enough
