I got UK Sheffem Hallam Degree la, TOP UP degree, but not recognised by governmet

But, my younger brother is graduate in TARC June 2006 , so his certificate not recognised ??? NOT FAIR !
And his academic result is just excellent, top 1 % in the course.
(he also wan to apply for teacher, then two brothers can venture into education business)

Not FAIR la, at least recognised from June 2006 onwards la .... My pity young brother!!

TARC existence , "Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC) was established on 24 February 1969 under the leadership of the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA)."
So, its 39 YEARS !!

And, yes, since JPA saids it equivalent, that it so !!
ACCA/CIMA is not a DEGREE, but is equivalent to honour Degree under JPA system.
So, u might argue than ACCA/MICPA is lower than Degree ?

U know how tough Advanced Diploma IN Financial Accounting (AFA)is, there is always 40-50% failing rates.
And Advanced Diploma in Financial Accounting can claim maximum exemption from ACCA, which some Degree CAN'T even do so.
Even INTI Accouting Degree that course RM 50K can not claim max exemption.
Therefore,since AFA course is recognised by International Board like ACCA. is Malaysia standard higher than this international board ?

And I have to admit that, my TOP UP degree programme is SO MUCH EASIER than Adv Diploma..

TOO Bad untill Now, I still did not get a pay raise, since I got a general Degree & a honour Degree.

I got 2 Degree NOW !! But, pay still sucks ~
