I am TARC X- student, I just wonder I graduate about 9 month ago. (June 2007 graduate wit Advanced Diploma in Financial Accounting )

Is my Advanced Dipploma in Accounting is recognised ?
Bcause I heard those that graduate after this announcement ONLY are recognised, not the B4 one !!
Advanced Diploma is recognised as what ? Equivalent to Degree ?
