i got a saman, just checked before wanting to to renew my licences. P also.

i check from this site,

i'm blacklisted by PDRM, but not JPJ. can i still renew? cant even remember where i got this saman, and for what offence.

i dug up the ticket, apprently, its for "not having a P sticker" when i was renting a car in langkawi...@@

so really cant renew?

EDIT: just checked with MyEg, NO discounts. Rm300...

but its not my car, the car owner cant renew his road tax also rite?the car number is blacklisted by both JPJ and PDRM. can he still renew?
