The speeding ticket is issue on the car right? When you pay for the summons, they don't take your license.
So, means they issue merit on the car owner?
If you drive your friend's or parent's car and get a speeding ticket, so the car owner license will be issued the merit point(s)?
IF som, then often we send our cars to the service centre, and the mechanic takes it to test and speed around. Any speeding summons issue (speed camera) in upon the car owner?
I think they do take the license. But it depends who's name is the car registered to. If it's registered to your dad then the summons will be issued to your dad's license. The KEJARA points will also be deducted from his own as well. So, means they issue merit on the car owner?

As long as your KEJARA points does not deduct more than 10 points, you should be safe
