Hi all, I have been suffer this SUCK service for RM1258 izzi you subscription.The max speed they give to me is 40kbps I have try for 2 days and I can't bear this kind of service and return all thing to the HQ (personal drive there). I have been told by the sales man that this if the cancellation is less that 3 days I can get my refund back on the spot (provided i go to HQ personally).But what i get is they said they need time to process the pay ment ??  and ask me to go back. Now have been 3 months already i still not receive single cents .I have benn followup with them but their response is "wait...I'll call you back...wait...the cancellation has been suspended...wait...try to call back next week  ..." I have no choice but to try to seek for help for consumer society (if there is any) perhaps you guys can show me some link/website for me to proceed by the way I'm in Endah Regal sri petaling

Just want to update you guys, I have contacted these s*cks izzi. Their recent feed back is they claim they have send a mail to my bank for cancelling the creditcard transaction (infact the transaction is already done few month ago). And this ball is throw to my bank already? what kind of service is this For those who really want to subscribe (coz of sure get refund-nothing to lose policy) really need to think "TWICE"

I'm goint to wait till my next month credit card bill and see whether the rebate is there ? Any how I should note down this NCCC website, I'm sure it's very useful for our consumer awareness.
