Well, I have just signed up with them and I live in Cheras area too. Average speed is only 300kbps which is pretty ok for surfing. But total no no when downloading. I wonder if it would be possible for them to improve their service in this area. Looks like all ISPs are implementing the same unpopular strategy. my connection is the same also, block at around 7 to 8.00pm till night 2 to 3 am . . . after that "shot up like mad" . . .
