I subscribe IzziPro package last Saturday and guess what.... I return and ask for refund the next day....... Not to offense them but I think anyone of you should know about this before you decided to sign up.

Here the reason why I cancel the package.

1.) 3MB trial for 7 days only in order to get full payment refund (the sales person only tell me after I signed the package) - anyway, I only use up to 2.5MB

2.) Manage to get only 300kbps at my house (still far away from 1mbps) - dare not to try more as I may excess usage of 3MB. If the 1st trial run show me more than 700kbps I may still consider use it for 3 months only decide whether wanna discontinue

3.) No one (either sales person or call center) can answer me what is the monthly payment after 1 year subscription (can't even find the information at Izzi official website). I personally feel not safe and comfort of this. I believe most of us want to use the service for long term instead only 1 year, right?

4.) The device can only be use by the ID registered during sign up

Anyway, it still no harm to try this service and if your area signal is good and can get over 70% of the speed I think Izzi still a good choice.

by the way, where the heck is there head office located? couldn't find it in their website.

yeah wesley, i believe there are still a lot of unanswered questions like how much every month have to after the 12 months contract and do we need to sign up again once it ends or it automatically continues? and if we cancel after the 12 months, do we still need to pay for the rm180 admin fee?

After 12 months I think have to top up before you can use (this is what I heard from the salesman). Again, no one know each top up can be purchase by monthly or others. Anyway, still lot of question mark.
