I think can safely say that most people's experiences with Izzi is bad especially it seems the way they handle their support seems rather lacklustre. I don't know about you but when I go to TM, sure I have to weed through the 'yes reset my modem, no line splitter crap', but they generally do come where I am and tend to fix it reliably.

So as sucky streamyx is...i haven't seen another provider that provides similar support + reliability. Best of the worst la.
