how the tribunal ? Mind to share the outcome ?

been used IZzi broadband for half year... little conclusion, at first few mths, i get very very nice connection speed, ard 80kbps to 100 for my BT, well, i have no idea is it because of user increase in my area (sri petaling) or watever, recently my connection is less than 10kbps all the time, made complaint, the telephone guys ask me send the email attached with screenschot to support team, however no more return on the email till now which around 2 weeks++..
scan through whole pc, no virus n malware found, btwn, purposely bring company laptop back for speed test, and result are same........juz have no idea, y the terminal showing 100% signal, but. juz get 10% of the 1mbps...... mayb this is their's best of effort terms.

Oh.... thats cool.... maybe i can tell my customer about that on how to terminate Maxis without paying RM200.

I think it's MCMC dream to ensure all operator (wired and wireless) to provide 70% of the promised rate to the subsribers. But unfortunately none of the big providers will follow (imagine how many sites they need to ensure 70%), if the MCMC forces them to do so, they will just abandon the broadband project and everyone will just go back to StreamxyX (since the business case will never be justified at 70%, i doubt it can even reach 10%).
