yalor... connection getting worse n worse... dunno can get back the refund or not... already paid for 1 year subscriptions fees... the CS service is good.. but the connection speed not very good.. especially these few weeks.. the most i got is 164kbps.... ridiculous!! mad.gif

yes, i knew that Izzi can do refund.. but it's not full refund. i paid RM1k ++, suppose to get 1mb connection.. but i never get to enjoy the 1mb connection. I am not going to subscribed Maxis either.
Just that i feel a bit disappointed on the connection speed. It's totally different when the 1, 2 months i subscribes. sad.gif sad.gif

Well, i called to their Technical team just now. They have closed my case (Report# given y'day) without update the status to me until i found out from another technician. Now, they gave me another Report # again.
Feel really upset on that. At least update me with the status.

Well, then this proof that you guys saying the different thing! And you are trying to push the responsibility away from customer.
When i subscribes that time, nobody advise me on this. OR you are try to hint that those ppl/ agent who trying to promote the item that time, just want to get sales?? and after all... dun care about those customer??

U see, i paid 1.4k (if not mistaken).. and i suppose to get 1mb connection speed, if you say, i can get 800++kbps, i am still ok with it.. But as i mentioned, i NEVER get to enjoy the high speed connection.
So, do you mean, when the technician come over to my place to test on it, they trying to play some tricks and show me the high speed performance??

The best part is.. just now the technician said.. they did tunning last few weeks, and not sure it is causing the problem that my area not supporting anymore, so do u mean is that my problem?? and i did not get inform by Izzi team about that news??? So, is that my problem as well?

i purchased izzi in October 2007 after testing it for several days using a media test kit. after being satisfied with the bandwidth, which back then, was the best among service providers, i purchased izzi. if you don't believe me then i can publish the contact number of the agent from achieva. I lodged a report, but the report was CLOSED by some 'Mr. Lim' WITHOUT notifying me, and reason of closure? problem solved. what problem solved?

the best part of all, you people who are clearly affiliated with the company can even deride me WITHOUT providing assistance, which should be the thing to do. Even TMNUTS' customer service does not do that, how crappy they are in the first place.

we understand where you're standing at, really. your position can be taken as small gas which blows HOT AIR that sees the problem, but does not bother rectifying it. instead, you come in the thread, all pompous and mighty. bah.

So, if edwinlim not a technical guy, he shouldn't replied something where so sensitive and implying Izzi's product not reliable. and i have check with Izzi, he working with Izzi and is thier staff. This i can CONFIRM.
If you are working with izzi but implying that ur own product is not reliable, how are u going to gain the trust from customer?

i am not being naive by keep on complaining... but i am dissatisfy that the way u guys replied to ppl's post. Not providing any remedy only ask ppl to terminate it. It's part of your SOP like what Kev da man mentioned? Why keep on insists to ask me terminate it? I want they give me a good reason and good remedy.. not asking me to stop using Izzi. IF you guys cannot provide the remedy, then why in da 1st place advise us to superscribe and can proof to us that the area is cover with high speed and bla bla bla???? Why?

i week itself i called them up for 4 times already.. everyday call.. everyday give me different excuses..
Y'day 1 of the technician ask me to lied down my modem, restart my router and modem try to connect again.
He told me due to USJ 2 area a lot of ppl using Izzi, and lower down the bandwidth, so, is that my problem?
Why not they get a solution to increase the bandwidth?

Somemore, can say he see from his side, my connection connecting to the further sub-station where they have 3 stations (station 1, 2 and 3) s0, other ppl may not encounter such problem cause they might connecting to the nearest sub-station. So i ask them can't they put me to connect to the nearest sub-station then the problem can be solve? He said this is not decided by him as the system automatically switch the station. sweat.gif sweat.gif

This is so funny.. end up troubleshoot this n that.. and say will send a technician come to my house.. shakehead.gif shakehead.gif

well.. the technician called me up and said will come to my house and do the troubleshooting for me on Sat.
Hopefully he can help me to solve my problem by then.

Btw, i did speed test again... this is better but then still not even 50% of 1mbps connection speed..
Dunno whether they do something on it already... feel weird and suspicious.. hmm.gif hmm.gif

i reliaze that night time the connection is a lot slower than this evening around 7pm... i did a test just now.. only 184kbps... this really make ppl frustrated..

anyway, i will keep on continue monitor until this sat the technician come over and show it to him.

ic.. i think if u come back from ur hometown and if u are facing the same darn problem, better ask them go to ur house and check it. This is more effective to solve the problem.

Sometime, we have to push them a bit in order to invite them come over to ur house and check.
This time, i'm gonna stand beside and see how he troubleshoot already. well.. if it's a base station problem.. still they have to get the things solve what... throw the proof to them and let them see themselves.
It's our right to voice up.. We paid for it and they should provide us the good service. Is not that we never pay for it and we demand. biggrin.gif

Hey guys.. sorry for the late update.. i just got back from outstation. Long story..
Sat morning, suppose the technician come over to my place at 10am (as i requested, cause i need to go outstation at 11am..) So, i sms-ed him and remind him again on sat morning.. But he replied and said can't make it on time due to he at Gombak that time and needs more time to fix the customer's problem.. So, i decided to postpone it to the coming Sat.. cause i have to work on weekdays.. Conclusion is.. i woke up early on sat morning end up TAK JADI... wink.gif
Anyway, the technician said he will try to schedule it on weekdays after work come over.. so i ask him give me a call. Another thing i'm dissatisfy is.,. when u already confirm the appointment with client on that day, how can u suddenly tell client can't make it because at other customer's site? if it's schedule to settle my problem 1st, then he should come over to my place instead of asking me to wait until afternoon.. really make ppl angry!! shakehead.gif shakehead.gif

Anyway, this is the test i did b4 i went to outstation on sat morning.. surprisingly.. i got 600kbps++ when i conduct 2nd time test...

My test on Today, 30032008 from 400kbps++ drop back to 300kbps++ for the 1st time i test then i test again.. 3rd time test not only 15 mins, connection drop to 160kbps++ !! sweat.gif sweat.gif .. really speechless..

This is depends which area u stay and also ur area got coverage for Izzi net or not.
You can request them to go over to ur house to test out the connection speed 1st b4 u subscribe.
my advise to u is.. Pls make sure u really test it out 1st b4 u decide what ISP to use.. biggrin.gif
