Just want to ask you, i have modem for izziyou, is there any difference if i subscribe izzione package but i use usb modem, what i mean difference is in term of signal.

if you are going to subscribe to izzione 3 months package, yes... the speed would be slow at 512kbps. but in terms of signal wise, if you subscribe to izzione but use izziyou to dial up, izziyou would grant you better signal (With antenna would be even better).

Danau Kota's geologically is about Genting Klang lol. And yeah.. I did get my friend [Izzi agent as well] to come over and test the speed etc. It was ok the other day [Thurs] when he came. So I subscribed for Izziyou for 6mths period for RM699. I hv nothing else other than the terminal. Nv thought of getting the antenna since my reception here nv been bad. Lowest ever I got was about 75% I think..

Try to find a place with 100% signal or signal above 80% stable. Should be ok like tat...

Well.. most of the time, whenever I get my mouse over the iB icon it'll show the signal as Excellent (100%)..

Ah. you see, the tower at genting klang is congested already. If your friend is the agent, he should've known that the area is congested and should not have told you to buy it. I think your friend might be a third party agent where he does not go directly to izzi thus his information is not that accurate. I wouldn't ask my customer to buy izzi if i knew that he is living in Setapak,Genting Klang or Wangsa Maju area. This is because there are too many students there with izzi. I would only KIV for them if there are more towers up at that area.

To have constant speed, the signal should have 100%.

same here now. Signal 100%. But then speed is kinda slow in day time.. At nite around 1am the speed improves a lot

Can I ask if it's congested in bandar sunway, area near sunway pyramid? I just got myself the package, the speed was ok in the afternoon but cannot load website at night. It's still loading after like 10 minutes... Will this situation be improved?

how much does it cost? i already spend RM38 for the small one and RM68 for the big one wonder how many anttenna i will end up with lol can try?

i have a friend who is using izzipro now and no plan to continue and will switch to other broadband service. i was thinking to get his modem and subcripe to izzione or izziyou and make use of that modem. i did call izzinet to check and support person said cant use that modem as their system will keep the utid and that modem will not allow to continue once subcription expired. however, when i call technical person, he said can use.

can u check for me about this? i'm planning to get a izzione or izziyou within this 2 months and planning buy his modem and use for my acc.

btw, what is the current promotion that going now? interested in izzione and izziyou only. my friend get 1 month subcription free but until now (11 months) still not reflected in his acc and that's why he want to change.

guys, i've being using izzi for 10 months now, and i had discovered that the technical service is very bad (they almost never picked up the phone), and also, it's very slow in certain areas (like Damansara).add to that, it's not the cheapest

i would switch to another service once my contract runs out..

ha... i just went to the office in Olympia tower today to cancel my subscription after 3 months of hell. I have to say the service from them was really really bad. Every time i call them to make a complain they will blame the signal, the moon the sky and the attitude is really bad. You will get a shock when you see their office in Menara olympia.. Now i have to wait for a month before i get my refund

Yes. you can use the modem. If its not a refund, the modem belongs to him and if the his package ends, he can sell his modem to you. and you can use his account ID and password to log in and top up using credit card where the charges are RM88 a month or cheaper if you top up a whole year. However, if you wish to get a cheaper package, go for izzione 12 months package where the fee is only RM66 but it will be RM88 when the promotion year ends. If you don't understand what i mean, give me a call, we can come out yam cha and explain to you in detail.

Lol... what sort of technical service are you looking at? Yes... certain areas are slow... and thats why i offer test run at customer's place before they purchase it. Maybe you can name some that is cheaper and please compare an apple with an apple.
