Hi all,

I have been suffer this SUCK service for RM1258 izzi you subscription.The max speed they give to me is 40kbps vmad.gif

I have try for 2 days and I can't bear this kind of service and return all thing to the HQ (personal drive there). I have been told by the sales man that this if the cancellation is less that 3 days I can get my refund back on the spot (provided i go to HQ personally).But what i get is they said they need time to process the pay ment ?? ohmy.gif and ask me to go back.

Now have been 3 months already i still not receive single cents .I have benn followup with them but their response is "wait...I'll call you back...wait...the cancellation has been suspended...wait...try to call back next week vmad.gif ..."

I have no choice but to try to seek for help for consumer society (if there is any)

perhaps you guys can show me some link/website for me to proceed

by the way I'm in Endah Regal sri petaling

Walao, the refund took so long one ? I'm trying to get my 6 months refund next month, shit, am going to wait for months to get my money back! Can we sued them ?

I have to cancel my iZZi subscription by June 10 to get my 50% refund back from them. I plan on calling them first to get verbal confirmation on how it will take to process the refund. If it takes longer than 2 weeks, I intend to go straight to the media and have my complaint published in the papers and online. I've got enough friends in PR and in the media to make it happen. If this is what it takes for iZZi to honor their promises, I'll take it all the way to the consumer tribunal as well, but will definitely ensure they get all the negative publicity they deserve.

i already done that.. posting my complaint to media...
none response... maybe they got another important issue...
Even complaint to MCMC, u get help to terminate free but the service still suck for other people... Malaysian no change...

1st class in facilities, 3 rd class in service...

hi ppl... anyone using Izzi around Bkt Jalil.... I just sign up with Izzi on monday. To date my speed is hovering around 100Kb/s Which is bullsh*t. I wanna see wat is the average speed around Bkt Jalil. Maybe i have done something worng or didnt setup the izzit correctly

Goneraz, Frankly speaking, Bkt jalil (Vista Kom.) area have full coverage but as there are too many students there, the tower is over loaded. However, there would be good news soon for those ppl staying over there.

anyone use Izzi at Bandar seri permaisuri..i plan to get izzi broadband but since a lot of compained regarding their refund and speed connection i need to think twice...to signup

can someone pls help me? I wanna get my refund but i have exceeded the 7 days trial period. I was away on business trip so i couldnt meet the dateline. IS there anyway i can get the refund for 11 month instead of 9 monts? seriously i am really disappointed with the service. 100kbps some time 50 is really not acceptable. i am paying a premium here but wat i am getting is sub par serivce. I log 2 complain but they enevr even got back to me.. Wat the hell is thta?

I experience the opposite - THEY THROTTLE ANY P2P ACTIVITY (Ares,torrents etc.. to a sluggish 3kB/s) except during 2:00a.m. to 9 or 10a.m!


It's horrible...they even throttle http/ftp during the day to 50-60kB/s (out of 110kB/s).. mad.gif

you'll have to talk to the customer services about it. see if they could amend it. CUz as you can see, if you refund at 7 day, you'll be charge RM180 if your usage is more than 3MB. RM1274-180 = RM1094. but if you do the 75% refund it would be RM955.50. its a slight difference. Its just my 2 cents.

I really do not have any problem downloading anything. Your problem might be due to the heavy usage in the day thus making the download to be slower.

It's not about heavy usage, I don't DL anything when I'm torrenting...If this isn't throttling, what is it (I don't have any spyware/viruses etc.)??
