i'm an izzi customer since 2008. Last time i stayed in kuchai entrepreneurs park and the connection was damn good.
Now i'm living in Bandar Sunway and the connection is good too.. Always get more than 500kbps. I'm thinking of subscribing the auto-debit credit card. Cheaper, only Rm66 per month rite? |

it's been so long since i see any roadshow for iZZinet. Their website also got no updates on promotions. Anybody knows the future of iZZi? Is their company growing?

My izzinet is already okie now with 100% signal and fullblast download speed.
However, I still wanna terminate it as the account manager Wilson Lim also recommend me to terminate. Gonna miss you izzi..  |

Guys, if u wanna reach Izzinet, here is the number:
03-21720812 or 03-21720828 Wilson will usually pick up the phone. But you will find that it's hard for him to take the call. From my experience, the great time to call is from 1030am till 1130am Mondays to Fridays. Good Luck! Added on March 18, 2011, 3:30 pmAnother thing to add.. I already called Wilson last month wanna cancel my credit card autopay. He asked me to send a fax on the cancellation. So, i did what he said and called him to inform.
Usually when I check my m2u, izzi will cut rm66 every 15th day of the month. So for this month, so far izzi didn't charge me already. Hope already successful cancel this thing.. |
