Did I get a free 1yr Gold Live subscription?

My XBOX live expired a few days back and I renewed it with one of those 1yr subscription prepaid card- thing is now my Gold subscription expiry date reads Feb 2010. Did I just got a free 1yr subscription or there's some mistake?

Check you credit card statement, they charge your card and at the same time you reload using the gold live card. Happened to my friend once.

that would be the case if u use CC, and if u use the prepaid card after the expiry date. Coz by then they must have renewed ur subscription (auto renewal using CC). But after this they wont auto renew ur subscription coz u already used the prepaid card
