Couldn't sleep so on with the pictures

As the post above said. We had a fully modded 3870x2 with us. When we got to the VR-Zone lab the next day, we didn't hesitate at all to start insulating the card and mounting some pots on them. We will be using a pair of custom Duniek pots. Also a delta FFB added to help cool down the "known to be really hot" PWM.
Mounted.

We then proceeded to test the motherboard that we would be using for the day. The ultra rare Foxconn x48 BlackOps motherboard. If im not mistaken the only one in South East Asia according to floopy. This was the very board the great Shamino /Lardarse / Peter brought back when he returned from Taiwan for the Chinese New Year holidays to bench with the VR-Zone guys. He left one day before we arrived. We had missed the chance to bench with one of the best over clockers in the world. Anyway we asked if we could use it for ln2 and being the super hosts that the VR-Zone guys are, they said go ahead.
Air testing with QX9770 and Mushkin DDR3 ES

We discovered some really weird problems with the multiplier setting, and put it down to the bios is not being up to date. So i sent a personal message to Shamino / Lardarse / Peter instantly for a new bios. Unfortunately i didn't get a reply until we were done for the day and headed back to our place at woodlands for the night. Thats when i checked my personal message inbox and got a reply. in it was a document on how to work around the bios bugs and also the (supposedly) best 2.bin bios.
Will continue with the story after some pictures

A shot of the BlackOps with the pot mounted.

Unfortunately even with the new bios and instructions on how to work around the bugs we had still encountered weird problems. Random reboots and lock ups at POST. So we decided to use the Gigabyte x48DQ6 that the VR-Zone guys had lying around.
A 5 minute insulation done and all setup.

And its ready for LN2.

Me pouring Ln2

After awhile this happens

But bad luck was with us the whole time. We had funny crashes at the end of GT3 in 3dMark 06 at the same time , continuously no matter what we did. We suspected a bad 3dMark install or a driver issue because 3dmark ran fine with the 2600XT we had for air testing. In the end we had to settle for some low SuperPi 1m scores.
