Helo to all,
I'm also victim of buying FragFX v1 as v2, but lucky the seller is good enuf to allow refund. If anyone telling/selling you Frag
FX v1 by mentioning it as Asian version, just walk away. THERE IS NOT SUCH THING!!!!!!! This is base on my own experience. Most reliable method to confirm FragFX version, use the tweak utility program. V2 tweak utility can only detect/work on v2. Simple as that.
The newest Tweak Utility BETA seem doin great, currently using it to play Borderlands. Setting in game max, frag 3~4. Also, now Window also recognize FragFX v2 as a controller.
Thanks

i got my Frag pro from Nelson yesterday. Took it from a test drive on MW2... feels really solid compared to Fragfx v2. I have both and to be honest the V2 is amateurish at best.. The sensitivity for the pro is a lot better. The plastic they use are no longer the cheap pasar malam plastic like in the V1 and V2. The only down fall is the battery run out of juice pretty fast. So you have to buy a rechargeable battery. Overall i would say this is the closest thing you will get to Keyboard and mouse gaming. I would give it a 9/10.

Useful maybe but convenient is no..... not everyone has a PC nearby to do so..... for me it is not really useful becoz the PS3 and PC are in 2 separate room.

yea good point.. Plus i like the frag pro cause i can just lay on my couch. If i use a keyboard + mouse i probably have to sit infront of a desk. The wireless mouse is really a nice touch.

SO far so good... I have only tested it with Mw2. So it might not be an accurate representation. Its best if you can try it out urself. Alot of ppl cant get use to the fragfx controller. Its a hit or miss with frag pro. Either you love or hate it.

thats right u can recharge the batt by plugging it into your ps3. U need 6 AAA batteries. That will set u back another Rm100. I am still using my normal batteries for now. I used Energiser batt. So far so good. Really loving the frag pro.

Added on November 19, 2009, 4:36 pmHi guys.. i am facing a very annoying problem with my Frag Pro... Seems like the frag Pro is draining the batteries. Everytime i leave the controler overnight, the batteries will be flat. I tried again with a fully charged batteries. It flat after 1 day. To ensure that its not the batteries fault i have replaced the batteries with a brand new one.

here's my view on the new FragFX pro
BUILT
The built for this new toy is the best out of the 3 version of fragFX
the mouse built is big and quite comfortable on average adult hand
and the 3 AAA batteries do help the weight of the mouse (fell like razer mouse laugh.gif )
but the Fragchuck (the one with analog stick) is too big for my liking
when i need to zoom I sometimes wrongly press the "F" button (this is for slowing the movement of ur target cursor,so call works for kaki snipping)

PERFOMANCE
FragChuck
As i was saying earlier the fragchuck is big and this baby suck up battery very fast ( i mean fast like u left it in two days then the battery out of charge mad.gif )
Mouse
Ahhh here's a good new bout this mouse, the new feature bout this mouse is u can move ur view without moving ur mouse.
this function is done by moving ur mouse wheels to the left or to the right.very useful when there are someone sneaking behind u laugh.gif .
For the bad part is,the movement for the mouse is very sluggish compare to FragFX v2,even after new firmware update this baby still feel very laggy

VERDICT
If you're planning to buy FragFX ,I personally recommend FragFXv2 due to it's respond and function.
FragFX pro is still in testing phase for me..a new firmware might fix it but the future of it is still unknown

Do post here for any question regarding FragFX,FragFX v2 and FragFX pro
I'll try to help up if you having any trouble with it.. icon_rolleyes.gif
