Yeah, low latency for rogues would be awesome.
Vanish > Premed > Cheap shot in between DoT is damn nice. And its pretty hard 5-8 kiting a warrior with shit latency, you might think he's at the distance where he cant attack, but he's still hiting you from a mile away. |

Yes it can be done, but like Quaza said, I cant afford to fail it. Having a low latency helps in general.
