Now let's see what do I have in mind? Hmm.....
Mission 1: Lose my FAT thigh by rope skipping for 2 weeks!
Note: Though I'm not overweight but I sure have GIGANTIC thigh
Mission 2: Find 3 fat ppl and C how fast they can lost weight by using LIPO 6 but....
Everyone can only do 1 type of exercise~
GUINEA PIG A: Rope skipping for 15 minutes per day
GUINEA PIG B: Lift 1.5kg dumbell, 15 reps 4 sets for each arm. Must finish within 30 minutes. <=====
GUINEA PIG C: Squat up and down, 15 reps 4 sets. Must finish within 30 minutes as well.
They can still eat KFC, PIZZA HUT and stuffs! Food diary & photos from each GUINEA PIG will be uploaded.
That's all for now. Will add up in the future! This should be fun.
