one thing you should know is there is no real method to diagnose IBS.

IBS is a diagnosis that can only be concluded after excluding all other possible causes.

which can mean a lot of tests and time to exclude other and all possible causes. which can mean a lot of money.

go talk to the doctor if you really want to know.

the summary is a lot of time and money. simple enough no?

and long time ago in his own thread i already told him about gluten free diet which he doesn't seem to care about until now

i still don't think it is IBS. it is too rare in asians

i don't know. but his diet definitely needs fixing from what i can tell.

if the current diet works for him then by all means continue it.

did your doctor tell you the reason for doing an ultrasound scan?
