Look, to a certain extend her parents have decided on a path for her, wouldn't it be beneficial for her to set her mind to the task, and at the same time, learn to navigate through life one challenge at a time?

She always has the option to negotiate and discuss with them. I mean, parents can be well-meaning, but they also should not close their minds when it comes to education. Its better for them to go to an ed counselor and talk it out, rather than listening to other people. (her parents, that is)
