Getting Started

Anyone have any exercise patterns for the Wii yet? Currently I'm trying to play Wii Sports for 30 mins each day. Boxing for 15 mins and do the Wii Fitness test as well.. Was really active for 2 weeks but now damn hard to do it before I go to work.
(I start work at 8 so I try to get up at 6:50am to play til 7:30 then quickly change and rush out)

I'm hoping for Wii Fitness to help me out with that Wii Sports on the other hand.. have not played it in a bit. Boxing is only the real sport there that gets you sweating

Like boxing, make it as if you ARE boxing.

I'll try to google it out for u. I've been to find that myself too. But then again, it shud be just natural. Because our palms are also our skin. And the skin should normally have sweat glands.

I tired running where you put the wiimote in ur pocket... that is also tiring... towards the end of my exercise session, i would play the mini games (ski, balance on a platform to put the ball in...etc)
