I'm just wondering where I can get this guitar, if it's available. Have checked bentley and haven't seen it. Anyone might know the price? Thanks!

Anything you can't get from Bentley, just go up to the sales person, talk to them nicely, ask them to order it in for you and put a down payment.
Check the prices at Ibanez.com or places like Musiciansfriend.com or zzsounds.com or samash.com and other sites similar like that for a rough price estimate.

How much is the import tax for musical instrument?

I'm also wondering if someone has ever special order an instrument through a store. Care to share your experience?

......and that's why you're missing some of the better deals. Yes, their service sucks..... but it's MOSTLY because of the uncle. On a normal basis, they are actually quite friendly and helpful (I tested Marshall amps the WHOLE DAY without buying anything, and they really didn't mind)...... plus, they still have a wide variety of guitars at good/reasonable prices. My RR3 that costs me RM2200 that comes with a free ritter bag, and not the old RR3, but the new one with the original seymour duncan JB/Jazz combo........ only if I go online I can barely get a better deal and I probably can't test before I buy. I even cancelled an order with them before and they didn't mind....

I bought my Marshall JCM2000 there and they treat me great when I visit there. Maybe it's because I'm actually interested in BUYING...... but they treat me well there. In fact, I'm still going to be ordering my E-Gen from there.......

Bottomline, just because ONE bad experience put you off, that doesn't mean you should put it of completely. If you don't like their customer serivce, but like their choices and price, just go there, grab it, show them the cash/credit card, test it, and then purchase and run away..... simple.

i always had pretty good service when i go bents

ck music has the best service tho

just go try asking bents whether they can bring it in for you first
tho shipment might be late

K I guess I'll wait this weekend and check out Bentley again. Oh I'm also wondering if there are any other store, other than bentley, that might be able to help me. Gotta keep my options wide. Thanks!
