Around 12:40 am. I saw the latency drop 1.5K, 4.5K, then briefly shot up back to 1.5K.

Then I log. So around that time.

i need some info.
called streamyx today, the intro operator said got connection problem to HK and US.

and this week straight i got 800ms constant, all hours, all range of ip. is this related to what tmnet said? i need info from other msian wow-ers. some msian guildy (without LP/GP) can get usual ping (300-400) all this week.

HALP!

The servers have been unstable on a daily basis now and even once servers are up, the latency is still pretty bad (many lag spikes in-game).

Ditto.

At least I know now that it's not my connection causing the lags.

latency is good, will show around 400 (though previously its 300ish)

its just the random spikes every now and then. if you use quartz you can get accurate and up to date ping report, and you'll notice the ping is anywhere between 100-1k at random constantly fluctuating up and down. and wow client just takes the avg ping data and shows it on ur ping bar.

its not really that bad but on crucial moments and you happen to get the 1k ping spike, gg.

=edit=
just to make it clear, my non malaysian guildies arent facing such issues, so it should be safe to assume its our isp/backbone acting up again

Quaz, it's server group based I think. Only the Oceanic Servers and some of the BG9 US servers are effected. The others aren't that much impact.

Having bad latency ATM. 600ms-1.3k ms :-( It seems to me that it only get worse in instance. Every 2 seconds the screen freezes for 1 second. . . gg :-(

Ip: 124.13.xx.xxx

Does addon affects latency?
