Anyway guys, how much core voltage drop you guys experience when stressing in orthos ? Yesterday finding sweet spot for daily use and during idle is 1.31v and load was 1.28v, so which reading should I take ?

And another thing, before I oc my gc, I just use 1.30v to stress orthos and it passed for few hours, but after I oc my gc, orthos failed after 56 minutes. So does it have anything related to each other ?
*
Current stressing at 2.4 in superpi 32m wif vcore at 1.328~1.344.. While in idle is 1.36 doh.gif Is this normal guys? sweat.gif Intend to use this as my daily setup thumbup.gif

You guys having typical vdroop la. I have the same prob. My proc goes from 1.47v at idle(no cores loaded) to 1.45v when 1 core is loaded(like running superpi) to 1.44v when both cores are loaded(orthos). Its smth to do with the mobo, a design flow or smth.

i'll try changing my rear fan with one powerful fan see if temp will go down...
maybe becoz my 8800gt made a lot of heat then the air circulation is bad inside my casing... cry.gif
thinking of a better casing... hmm.gif CM 690...

never try an open side panel method, afraid of dust collecting on my hardware...
but i'm gonna give it a try tonight while i try to go 2.6GHz see if there's a slight change or not...
