QUOTE(dblooi @ Feb 21 2008, 10:34 AM) i'm still noob in ram clockin bro, trial & error is really tirin for an old man like me... until now, i only have d chance to play w one pair of ram, that's d one i'm usin... back in s939 days, i managed to play w few pair, that's y i'm more comfortable w ram overclockin on that platform. too bad i'm not able to brin out d best of my dcdcl, they were capable of 1000 @ 5-4-4-12 on intel w/ 2.2v but not on d current rig... And your temp looks a lil high, i tink digswell is right, u can still use the biostar fan utility but set the fan to manual 100%Btw how to add voltage eh?I add via BIOS straight kena BSOD Btw using stock voltage too.I guess might upping higher if got good cooler like Artic Freezer 64?Maybe? Why dont you try Team Elite 800 that capable of doing beyond 1000mhz Added on February 21, 2008, 1:42 pm QUOTE(temptation1314 @ Feb 21 2008, 08:58 AM) That one is ATX board lar.. I think no problem de Wait till you see my GeminII with Two 120x120x38mm Sanyo Denki H series. That cooler alone is frigging heavy, not adding those two big fan. The weight is more than 1kg plus.Later if got chance I'll measure the weight Added on February 21, 2008, 1:50 pm QUOTE(AMDAthlon @ Feb 21 2008, 12:28 PM) got 1 25CM fan and 1 80CM fan..i need more fan lor..Btw,chipset cooler good? And looking for cheap one.Which 1 you guys prefer? Why chipset cooler when u still using stock hsf ? Should change the hsf first to better one. If you want super air cooling, Thermalright IFX that cost you rm299 only the cooler alone Added on February 21, 2008, 2:01 pm QUOTE(dblooi @ Feb 21 2008, 10:34 AM) Tried out my friend Asus M2A-VM, surprisingly, no ram timing setting. They original set at 5-5-5-15-21. I would say TA690G is fully equipped with oc setting This post has been edited by mizivincible: Feb 21 2008, 02:01 PM |

QUOTE(Lacus @ Feb 21 2008, 02:14 PM) Of course 10th anny is way better than those value ram that you mentioned. 1200mhz without any sweat, Im sure you cant resist the temptation. But is there still any seller that carries 10th anny ? Kinda rare nowadays. |
