just watched, the visuals are awesome, some parts i dont understand, how did they managed to sneak in through the barrier in Japan and how did the Jags managed to hop into the Daiwa island in the end? anyone?

1. They went inside the Japanese cargo ship, used the Japanese made combat suit, thus making them undetected.
2. Since the mid tunnel is the main one, as you can see they brought in a transporter which ofcourse the Jag were already following it. Since they were late at stopping the transporter from reaching Daiwa, Jags reached the place and got fatter and drown.

1. if those ship have combat suits, how is it possible for them to know? and btw did you notice a scene where they used their knife to remove the logo stamped on their mobile suits before the mission started? what was their logic in that then?

If i'm not wrong, they used their knife to remove the SWORD logo on those mini submarine not the suite. So that when they discard those sub maybe people wont know it was belong to SWORD.

just wonder why in the end there suddenly appeared a helicopter to save them ? the s.w.o.r.d mission was aborted wasnt it ? so the helicopter was under whose order ?

Probably they checked those cargo ship b4 beginning their mission. They remove the logo from the water transporter thingy, not their mobile suit.
