The issue of illegal parking will surely be raised but nevertheless, cars illegaly parked does not exonorate anyone's liability to exercise due care on the road. In other words, even if someone has broken the law, doesn't mean you are allowed to drive carelessly and hit the illegal parked car.

So my point is, things are not that straight forward whereby the whole argument is ended merely owing to the fact that there is illegal parking
