The real case is, the Lorry (not Daihatsu kind of lorry, is those big head lorry without load) from opposite direction breaking through the divider and ram onto it. From the damage, the BMW driver very lucky and steer away enough to just touches the damaged part (see on the pic above) without major cabin intrusion.
