Distributor, not dealers. Or maybe due to regional allocation. Not sure.

As fas as I know Onkyo is available in black color too.

sure la, lossless compression able to reconstruct the original signal without throwing away any bits mah... like ZIP file.

Yup, bit by bit w/o any loss. That's why they claimed you will hear the exact sound effect / quality that was being mixed in the studio. drool.gif

how bout yamaha front, rear or center speaker?

Erm... for me, it aint my cup of tea. Maybe for amateur with budget constraint into HT, it is decent. There are many better choices out there, if you ask me.

if not right ma do fire sale in lowyat.net lor....

Wah... But, on another note, no need to bring the AVR there. Just audition. I suppose they have similiar AVR or substitute models.

Digitalkl, I knew which shop that you are talking about. Maybe it's the guy, whom is manning the shop in Dsara Uptown now. Quite cocky.

There is another dude, who is quite friendly when I frequent there years ago. First class treatment.

Their 'HQ' also got a few who looked down on potential customers. It pissed me off so much that I returned the next week with bling bling and xxxxx. That fella did a about turn in his attitude and serving me like a King. I did not buy anything but gave him a nice lesson and walked out.

Salestalk and try to hard sell it. It's utterly crazy and downright inappropriate to say that it is better than changing the amp if the cables cost more than the amp. Even if it costs abt half the price of my amp, I would rather upgrade my amp.

To buy a RM7,000 cable, your system must be those high end setup that costs 6 figures. Overkill, at least for me.

AudioPro aint bad but for me, it doesnt suit me. one of the reason is the price. I have auditioned the Evo series before. A bit high on the treble and soundstage aint the best for the money.

I would rather opt for KEF, Wharfy or AE for the money

Maniac, try Wharfy SW150 for a lil over RM1K. Nice bgt entry sub.

Sham73, Yammy 663 aint here yet. Only launched overseas. Maybe a month or two, it will reach our shore.

Lansi no point, they have forgotten that they're in Penang, Penangites are price sensitive and they want the best service, with this type of attitude, they won't go far for sure.
*

Bro, not only Penang kia. I guess almost everyone in Bolehland is the same. Price comes first. But, arrogant and stubborn salesppl is sure a turnoff. doh.gif
