If you only need to print it out on windows, then what you can do is to convert to PDF, then print the pdf from your windows machine.

For some reason, the formatting will run off with different version of Microsoft Office, even it is on the Windows platform. I find the PDF export is a life saver in my office printing stuff.Why?
