Before i start a bulk thread here , i would like to know if i could sell Stun-gun or Pepper sprays over here. I had read through the Trade Zone Rules and found that pepper spray is prohibited , can i know what's the major reason for that ?

Will admins and moderators re-discuss about this issues?
From my point of view , as long as there's disclaimer stated that it's for self-defensive use , i see no point stopping it , am i right ? hmm.gif

i think pepper spray is a 'controlled' item. my sis works in a shop last time, no selling of pepper spray to guys cos instead of protecting, it is used for crime. heard of snatch thieves using pepper spray? it's popular last time

Yea, ppl might abuse it in return. How do you "control" to whom you're selling to? It might be a lady helping a guy to buy so yea, it's hard to control in these cases. Hate em' criminals. Nothing better to do.

But still , it'll benefits for most of the ladies out there right.
It's just that a good product falls on a wrong hand. sad.gif

The argument of controlled item doesn't seem sound to me. Then why are knives not "controlled"? They can still be used to rob people right?

No pepper spray and definitely no stun guns. Pepper sprays come under the Weaponry Act or something which prohibits the sale of such an item without a special permit. Stun guns, well, do you really need to ask?

Go to a library, look for the law section, you should be able to find it there.

Maybe Guardian has a license.

There's an entry there regarding on sales of pepper spray. You'll need to apply for permit/license over there.
