QUOTE(dragna @ Feb 15 2008, 11:14 PM) You made it sound like it's a battle here with competing here and there, but any Samsung fanboy would disagree with you that it can even compete with the N96 or X1. huhuhu...i thought it can be compete with n96 (symbian, 5mpx, hsdpa, vga 30fps video capture)http://www.phonemag.com/g810-by-samsung-hs...a-n96-02933.php |

QUOTE(laszlo @ Feb 16 2008, 12:52 AM) yea i suddenly forgot about those i think this g810 will win meh...n96 js 950mAh (unless there is sumthing trick or hidden aspect we do not know yea its very much the same yup this can compete with N96 ,both have their own strong points. G810 owns the camera capabilities N96 has 16gb hmm which will win in with battery life |

QUOTE(Seaedge @ Feb 18 2008, 01:42 PM) i take back my words on the price estimation. i totally forgot that g810 has GPS. and some how on par with n95. =.=" thats true...but nway it is samsung, so i think if they sell at the price, not many ppl will buy it (and for samsung, not so many ap like hose nokia)most probably it will be around RM2299-2499 once reach and launched in our shore... lets wait n see.. |

QUOTE(Seaedge @ Feb 19 2008, 07:55 PM) i wouldnt match it with xperia anyhow. and i have a feeling xperia's camera will not be that good. this two new phones include samsung f480 (too bad dont hv wifi) really caught my attention...samsung g810 however, caught my attention... the design looks sturdy.. overall performance and feature is good... |

Symbian has lots of limitation ... wat type of limitation? not possible to sync with PC ... therefore limit for of usage software ...!! wonder what GPS that possible to run on symbian my p1 use symbian can sync with my pc nokia n95 can run GPS even though it is symbian maybe symbian not as much software support compare to Wm (perhaps)..but i dont think we will use all the software nway, as for symbian UIQ, maybe not much software, but for symbian s60, plenty of software out there |

i think 3 main points for g810
1. fresh look 2. optical zoom n digicam look 3. symbian with wifi higher mp not always the best, but the quality of the pictures itself (color, saturation, sharpness) will determine its overall picture quality... |
