We have been looking into the load of your server since it was brought to
our attention, Your site is linking to itself, this is causing the apache
that it is on to become overloaded, what this means is that there are
links on your site that are sending people to
http://www.yoursite.com/images/filename.file
instead of
images/filename.file
this puts extra strain n the apache because it forces all of your traffic
to have to go through the apache. We have had to block your site from
connecting to itself to help keep the server from crashing.
Please take a look at your links and correct them so that they are
linking to internal links. Once you have don't this your site should work
normally as it will no longer need to make connections to itself and the
block will no longer be blocking.
I can't really make head or tails out of this, with related posts, I'm doing it manually using a particular post's permalink. Lots of other blogs do this.our attention, Your site is linking to itself, this is causing the apache

Other than that, I don't have any complex scripts running or installed any new plugins.
