sorry to interrupt, i posted a new topic in gamers hideout because i didn't realize there's a wheels thread at under hardware section.
here's my question:
i want to ask how does the logitech G27 clutch function?
1. if you don't press the clutch, you can't shift? but your H-shifter you can shift right? how? by pass the clutch?
2. how does the clutch feel? (real car we can feel the clutch's friction to the power delivery)
3. heel-toe down shifting... what's the benefit of it? if you don't rev while down shifting, the engine or gear box will blown?
1.) Depends on game. Arcade/sim. Arcade = simply whack, gears still goes in. Sim = Over rev too much, engine goes boom. e.g. shift vs rFactor. Auto/Manual trans of course. You can just shift gears but depending on game, it will effect your car.here's my question:

2.)clutch feel? in relation to the car behaviour you meant, in terms of hardware. G25/G27 has the best pedals setup out of the box, unless compared to those aftermarket ones which cost a bomb. Else it's up to the game to simulate manual tranny mechanics.
3.) lots of info in the internet. Google it. Heel-Toe
