He has a shitsung LCD just back from RMA, so I think he should use the Shitsung to play when he's using wheels. The LCD can be pushed way back in, but the webcam creates obstruction and not to mention those bulky speakers.

easiest way to solve your problem:
Shop for a new table Those ancient fold up tables isn't suitable as a computer table anyway, especially when everything is huge now- huge LCD, huge 2.1ch sound systems |

IIRC, those kind of tables doesn't have holes behind, so it'll be very messy with a lot of wires dangling out if the subwoofer is put under the table.
