The design is UGLY.

To be honest, N.I.N.T.E.N.D.O came first with its Wii Remote a.k.a Wiimote. Sometimes simplicity is the key.

Compare the number of buttons on the Wii and on this... The Wii is just cluttered with buttons... And the PS Move is better... it can detect the distance on the the Z Axis, which the Wii cant... So it knows when ur moving forward or backwards against the PS Eye...

With Sony's answer to the Wii Remote, N.I.N.T.E.N.D.O chalks the first bragging rights. They came off with it first while Sony and Microsoft still dwelling with conventional controller designs. In terms of creativity and pioneering, it belongs to N.I.N.T.E.N.D.O hands down. Period. I believe many would agree with this motion.

I have a PS3 system and a XBox 360 at home. I don't have a Nintendo Wii but truth shall be revealed and told.

100% agreed... but it has always been about improving your system to meet what the consumers want... Sony and Microsoft saw that the Wii is doing very well, and both have decided to develop their own motion-sensing technology into the current systems... Its just how things are done... if not we'd still be stuck in the days of Sega Genesis and whatnot...
