CAn Ask the 3kg Hay is combine or separate by 1kg x 3 packing?
If i buy 3kg Timothy Hay, get Free 1kg Hay Can change to Alfafa Hay ? because i see your website is under free back same Hay Thanks urgent need it pls Reply ASAP!! TQ |

last time i bought your Premium Timothy hay 3kg, how come inside got some Dry Die GrassHopper & Insect ? can you explane it Thanks Lucky i found it, if not my chinchilla eated already i really cannot thinking what happening will be |
