alright maybe im comparing KL or PJ with arkansas.
But our kampung compare with their kampung is alot different .
its a develop township and very modern.

I just feel that we are paying so much for the malaysia property because of hidden cost unseen to the buyer like i said we also bear other cost like building low cost house for the privilege race.

If you've been to some of the more rural areas in the US you'll find them pretty much the same as our kampungs.

are you forecasting a possible recession here?
Prices of materials & houses is creeping up right now, so, lets say recession may be in 2-3 years' time, property may be up by 10% already. By recession time, it may just drop by 5% , then eventually recover to current prices.
Won't  you think it is cheaper to get now?

The idea is to wait for ppl who are in financial trouble due to the recession and then snap up property at far cheaper prices.
An ex-neighbor of mine got a multi-million bungalow lot around the 1Utama area for about 75% of the market price because the owner needed cash fast.
