think if u buy houses SS bungalow in Kuching will cost u less than 100k, and you will also get plenty of wildernesss + streams. U r not comparing apple to apple if u compare Arkansas VS KL.

Property prices in Malaysia is expensive? Mebbe u r right (again, it really depends what country u use as the benchmark) but property prices in Bangkok, Delhi, Jakarta are way more expensive as compared to KL. Why do u think Koreans, Hongkies and many rich indon's are snapping up our million dollar condo's in KLCC without even blinking an eye?
