Dubai? Been there twice in the past 2 years, and in different seasons. Summer is very very hot, might as well stay indoors (or come back to Malaysia). Their "so-called" winter season brings temperatures down to more bearable regions.

Interesting stuff in Dubai:
- Desert Safari
- Boat ride on the creek
- Gold and Spice Souks (a.k.a Markets)
- Burj Dubai - tallest building in the world
- Extravagant hotels and residences
- Crazy drivers, mainly expatriates from the Asian region
- Lots of interesting food stuff...try camel milk for a change
- Shopping malls..Wafi City, Ibn Battuta Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Deira City Centre...etc etc
- Sand in a variety of colours.

Oh yes and its welcome to "ori" land They have consoles ready for public to play too. Visit any Geekay Games or Virgin Megastore outlet ..or that electronics store at Deira City Centre to get your gaming fix.

Sale, yet again. But I'm at a lost on what to buy. Usually I've a backlog of books to finish reading, now I've got a backlog of games to unwrap and start playing.

Those of you who want to get Arkanoid DS (with the paddle controller) better get it quick during PA's sale. It's just USD 39.92! I just bought that and Oshare Majo Love and Berry (out of curiousity since this game comes with a card reader).

Yo penman, how was the run yesterday? I only manage to finish it in 1 hour 6 mins

Aiks.. that is horrible.. didn't know that security is lax at Padang Merbok. I parked at Pasar Seni, near the Yusof restaurant, my usual spot.

Yeah..I would think the same thing too. This year's run not as nice as last year's. Both the air quality and traffic control were not as good.

hmm... I only know 80stees.com. Those guys sent some official Nintendo merchandise t-shirts over for me to review last year. Not bad at all.

As in locally? Yeah. I only have less than a handful of brand new games bought from local retailers, out of the 40 + Nintendo DS games I have. Which is a shame.

Anyways, just bought 3 GBA games from Play-Asia..yay!

Before I forget, someone is selling Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles for RM 100 at lelong....
