Actually I prefer to buy games from local retailers rather than ordering them online or importing them overseas. I want to send the message that there're people who still buys DS ori games. Hoping that one day I'll be able to walk in any game shops and get any original titles I wanted anytime, no more frantic calls to GH asking if they have the stock. "
Maybe I'll shop for some CDs and DVDs after buying the games. There goes my Ang Pow money.....

Coming to Kopitiam taught me something very valuable. There are people selling 2nd hand games. Upon hearing that, I delightfully found a way to save more. I mean, I don't really have to own everything, just buy 1st title, finish it, sell it. Unless if to keep, then keep it.

I have to be careful of the future corez. Once I work, i bet there's a whole lot that i should do. Parents, gf, house, furnishings. I can only hope to provide everything possible. I don't really have to get a LCD tv in the 1st place, but I tot of getting Astro and a LCD tv for my parents, as a way to show them life is about comfort too before judgment day comes. One of the ways for me to repay back of all those years crying and learning and making an annoyance out of them.

Well, doesn't really affect me personally since:

1) I don't really care about MGS4 (the blasphemy!!!)
2) I don't really care about the Backwards Compatibility
3) The HDD is upgradeable anyways.

So in the end, lower price is always better but the primary reason for buying a PS3 will always be the ability to play Bluray.
