lelong2007 should refund the money if cannot post the item.

and if my nickname appear in the dispute thread. i will straight away refund the customer rather than let the customer waiting so long and keep giving empty promise.

Jeez, should have checked before dealing with him.

@lelong2007: If my item doesn't arrive by today, I will need a refund, unless you intend to ship it to Australia without extra charges.

pos laju sent before 2.30 will arive next day only.
when i take back the item sent time is already 6pm so will be arive by saturday.
last i explain here up two shipping number all is provide by tat third party shipping company i never lie anything i just provide what they provide to me.

If you won't reply, then you are actually not solving the dispute. Eventually you will get dispute tag which will hurt your sales a lot.

Seriously, so unluckily two shipping number provided by the third party shipping company is wrong? You stated more than 20 users also complaint that the shipping number has got problem, if you dun mind, what about asking them to come in and clarify? To proof that you are not in the wrong?

Second, mind you take a photo of this two postage receipt with the tracking code? Why? Because I see you only take the latest tracking code only, and it is very slim chances that the company will be using old tracking code.

just my opinion...when i see the picture of the poslaju receipt...should there be a computer printed at the right side stated the amount of charges, time and weight ? because i usually use poslaju in my business...in lelong2007 i see nothing...
